(1) Mechanical process structure:
The main frame is mainly composed of a base, three columns, and a screw to form a single arm frame structure; The transmission loading system adopts AC servo motors and synchronous toothed belt reduction devices to drive high-precision ball screws to rotate, and then drive the moving crossbeam to achieve loading. It uses the current advanced professional control chip for servo motor and multi-channel data acquisition and processing module, ensuring the consistency of system sampling and high-speed and effective control function, and ensuring the progressiveness of the system. In system design, hardware modules are used as much as possible to ensure the stability and reliability of the product.
2.Efficient and professional control platform
Test4.0 is an IC specifically designed for automatic control, consisting of a combination of DSP and MCU. It integrates the advantages of fast DSP operation speed and strong MCU control over I/O ports, and its overall performance is significantly better than that of a simple DSP or 32-bit microcontroller. It integrates hardware modules required for motor control, such as PWM, QEI, etc. The key performance of the system is fully guaranteed by hardware modules, ensuring the safe and smooth operation of the system.
3.Hardware based parallel sampling mode
Another highlight of this system is the use of dedicated ASIC chips. Through ASIC chips, synchronous acquisition of signals from various sensors of the testing machine can be achieved, making us the first in China to realize a truly hardware based parallel sampling mode, avoiding the problem of asynchronous load and deformation caused by time-division sampling of various sensor channels in the past.
4.Hardware filtering function for position pulse signal
The position capture module of the photoelectric encoder adopts a dedicated hardware module with a built-in 24 level filter to shape and filter the collected pulse signals, avoiding erroneous counting caused by interference pulses in the position pulse capture system, and more effectively ensuring position accuracy, so that the position pulse capture system can work stably and reliably.
5.Bottom layer implementation of control function
The dedicated ASIC chip shares a series of peripheral tasks such as sampling and status monitoring, while communication and other related tasks are implemented by internal hardware modules. Therefore, DSC can focus more on controlling the main work such as PID calculation, which is not only more reliable but also has a faster response speed. This enables our system to complete PID adjustment and control output from the bottom layer of the control board, truly achieving closed-loop control at the bottom layer of the system.

The user interface supports Windows 98 Windows Me、Windows XP, Real time curve display and processing, graphical visualization, modular software structure, data storage and processing based on MS-ACCESS database, easy to connect with office software such as OFFICE.

3.Powerful curve analysis function
Multiple curves such as load deformation and load time can be selected to display one or more in real-time. The curves of the same group of samples can be overlaid with different colors for comparison, and the curves can be traversed. Any segment on the test curve can be locally magnified for analysis, and it supports displaying and labeling various feature points on the test curve. It can also automatically or manually select points on the curve for comparative analysis. The curves labeled with feature points can also be printed out in the test report.
4.Automatic storage of experimental data to avoid accidental loss of experimental data.
It has a fuzzy query function for experimental data, which can quickly search for completed experimental data and results according to different conditions, achieve the reproduction of experimental results, and can also merge and open data from the same experimental plan conducted at different times or batches for comparative analysis. The data backup function can also save and view previously stored data separately.
5.MS-ACCESSDatabase storage format and software scalability
The core of Test4.0 software is based on MS-ACCESS database, which can interface with Office software to store reports in WORD or EXCEL format; In addition, the raw data can be made open, and users can access the raw data through the database, which facilitates material research and fully utilizes the effectiveness of measurement data.
